Very informative technician. Made the repair and answered unrelated questions that I had.

Dustin went above & beyond fixing our unit for us. Called him on a Saturday after hours for emergency repair, he was straight forward & honest about the difference in prices. He worked with us that day to get us on the schedule for the following Monday, although there was some type of scheduling conflict with us he was able to still get us in that day and make us a priority. He warranted our capacitor and got it fixed that day and it didn’t cost an arm & leg to do so. Very thankful for him & his service and will be a returning customer in the future!

Call in the afternoon and got someone the next day cleaned all my units and charged one, very courteous and professional can't recommend the enough!

Dustin came by as scheduled to perform the annual cleaning and maintenance check on both my Goodman a/c and heating gas-pack. This is my second year on the service from Bartholomew Comfort Service. I am well pleased with their work and professionalism and highly recommend them.

Going on 35 years

It appears they did a good job and are nice people to work with. The system is working well. Time will tell if the installation is excellent or not. Will use them again as my upstairs unit will need to be replaced in a few years. Their prices were among the three lowest quotes. They were 3 out of 5 lowest. So I went with them due to their reputation in the community.
