Tony and Chris did an excellent job replacing my unit today. There was some miscommunication causing one small part left out of the agreement. I called the office and Tony was back within 20 minutes to complete what was left. These guys really took care of my wife and I. Bartholomew will be the only company I call going forward. Very professional team.

Timely Replacement Of A New unit . Fair Pricing. Neat And Clean Work Area. Any Question I Had About The New Unit Was Answered . Lastly Did The Work On A Saturday Morning When It's Almost Impossible To Get That Done This Day And Time Highly Recommend.

The entire experience was GREAT! When I called the office, Angie was friendly and courteous. She told me someone would contact me quickly when they were on the way to my house. Ryan was AWESOME! He was professional, on time, and knowledgeable. He was able to find the problem with my unit and got the problem resolved quickly. The price was great and the service was even better. I would recommend Bartholomew Comfort Service to any and everyone!

The night before we were without A/C all night and it was unbearable. The last thing I wanted was to go another night with out it. Brady was able to come out the same day that I scheduled thanks to Angie for finding me a spot! What a great team! Brady replaced the capacitor, cleaned and serviced the system and did all the checks necessary to make sure we’d be nice and cool on these hot days! Thanks again! I couldn’t recommend them enough, absolute life savers!
