The young man came out and diagnosed the problem then he ordered the parts and came back as soon as the parts come in and replaced it for us and got our heat going back up he was very polite and very professional I would recommend them to anybody.

Bartholomew Comfort Service is the best in West TN. I tried other HVAC service providers. As a woman. They all gave me the run around. Instead of fixing my HVAC unit. They just tried to get money out of me. Not Bartholomew Comfort Service. They were very professional. Explained to me in detail what had to be done. Thee did the job with class. The smaller business does a better job than those guys with the big names on side of their trucks. I recommend Bartholomew Comfort Service as first class services to all of my friends and family!!
