The service man was awesome and very knowledgeable, he helped me understand everything he did. Ryan Morris is a good service guy.

This morning I woke up and it was 64 degrees in my house, the problem? The thermostat was set at 70 degrees. I immediately went to the Bartholomew Comfort Service website, and sent a message telling them my heat was not working. This was at 7:00 in the morning. I requested that a former student, Ryan Morris, who is now an HVAC Technician make the service call because he always does a great job. I received a message back in a few minutes, that Ryan would be here shortly. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, he explained what the problem was, gave us the price to fix it, found out where he could get the part, picked up the part and came back to install it. We use Bartholomew for all of our HVAC needs and always receive great service. Thank you so much!
